About the Judgments Section

The case summaries have yet to be translated into English and are available in Hebrew only at this time.

This section is divided into two parts:

Chronological order in which the most recent judgment appears first on the list; the second categorization is by sub-topics of the Hague Convention.
At the end of each encapsulation of the judgment there is a link to a more detailed summary of the case.

Judges and attorneys who wish to obtain  a complete copy of a judgment can send me a request by e-mail.
